Invest in students — College of Western Idaho's (CWI) highest priority. Nearly 300 scholarships are awarded to CWI students each academic year, totaling nearly $500,000 in scholarship funds. Your contribution to scholarships will make a significant impact on students both inside and outside the classroom.
Gifts to the Foundation may be tax deductible.
General Scholarship Funds
CWI's general scholarship fund is a pool of funds made up of non-designated gifts to the CWI Foundation. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to students based on requirements set by the College and are not limited to a specific donor or donor's wishes.
Gifts to the general scholarship fund can be made online, in-person, or by mail.

Thank you to the John
F. Nagel Foundation for their continued commitment to students at CWI. Since 2019, approximately 200 students have been awarded $3,500 scholarships in the College's Advanced Mechantronics Engineering Technology, Automotive Technology, Drafting Technology, Machine Tool Technology, Network and Systems Administration, and Welding and Metals Fabrication programs.

Bank of Idaho’s Swing for the Green Charity Golf Tournament Series benefiting College of Western Idaho was a huge success, as the event raised $58,400 to support student scholarships.
