Tuition & Fees

If cost is a concern, the College of Western Idaho is the answer!  CWI offers the lowest tuition and fees in Southwest Idaho.  Through our partnership with the College of Southern Idaho we provide access to a variety of federal and state financial aid programs.  You can expect a first-class education at a fraction of the price!

Tuition & Fee Schedule
The following tuition and fee schedule is subject to change by the action of the CWI Board of Trustees for any subsequent semester.

$129 per credit plus $50 per credit up to $500 per semester.

Tuition & Fees Payment Plan: Fall 2010

  • Tuition and Fees are due by 5:00 p.m. Monday, August 16th. For students who register after this date, payment is due immediately.
  • Tuition & Fees Payment Plans will be available to students who are unable to meet the August 16th tuition due date or who have not completed their financial aid by the July 12th priority date. A minimum 1st payment of one-third (1/3) is required at the time of signing the payment plan in order for the payment plan to be valid. Payments can be made online by logging in to your MyCSI account and going to the Money Matters tab. View instructions on how to login to MyCSI.
  • Payments are due according to the following schedule. If the student fails to make a payment by the due date the unpaid balance will be sent to collections.

  • Students with pending Financial Aid or Financial Aid in process will be required to adhere to the above payment schedule.
  • Refund Policy for Fall 2010:
    • 100% refund minus any non-refundable tuition/fees will apply until 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 3rd.
    • After September 3rd no refunds will be given for courses that have already started.
Note: Deadlines vary for Professional Technical courses with non standard start/end dates.
  • AUGUST 16TH - ANY STUDENT WHO HAS NOT PAID AND DOES NOT HAVE A TUITION & FEES PAYMENT PLAN WILL BE DROPPED WITHOUT NOTICE.
  • Students seeking reinstatement after being dropped for non-payment will be charged a reinstatement fee of $10 per credit up to $120 plus a $50 late fee.

Refund and Tuition & Fees Payment Plan policies do not relieve the student of their responsibility to drop classes.
