Background
Interim Vice-President for Student Services, Umpqua Community College, Roseburg, OR
Leadership role in: Advising, Counseling, Testing; Student Life; TRiO; Early Childhood Development; Athletics; Enrollment Services; Financial Aid and College Recruiting. Manage high school relations and the Roseburg community and student Veteran’s Services.

Adjunct faculty member teaching leadership and organizational development courses at a master’s level, business, computer applications and leadership at an undergraduate level. Primary teaching is through online.

Vice President for Instruction for College of Western Idaho, Boise, ID
Hired for instructional leadership role during the startup of CWI in 2009. Provided leadership for Credit Programs (General Education Transfer, Professional Technical), Adult Basic Education, Library Services, Virtual Campus. Worked on expanding the instructional capabilities of CWI throughout the Treasure Valley.

Dean of Curriculum and Support Services Portland Community College
District-level programming and processes in curriculum support, articulation agreements, accreditation, outcomes and assessment, program/discipline review, distance learning, instructional media services, Service Learning, K-12 partnerships, and Office of Students with Disabilities. 

Accreditation Liaison Officer with NW trained in new accreditation standards; led CWI into candidacy status as of January 2012. Regional accreditation evaluator for Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) while with PCC.  Accreditation liaison to two community colleges assigned to PCC as “Contract Colleges.” 

Interim Director of Distance Learning for Portland Community College. 
Responsible for district level delivery of distance delivered courses and programs for PCC. Responsible for development, replication, quality and promotion of online activities and distributed learning for the College. 

Operations Manager/Assistant to President for a PCC Cascade Campus capital bond construction project. Responsibilities included managing instructional requirements during the project. 

Operations Manager for Axian Software Consulting and Engineering in Beaverton, OR.

Air Force Instructor Pilot for Search and Rescue Mission at Portland International Airport.  Flew HC-130s with 5,000 career flight hours.
