Monty Hyde teaches general psychology as an adjunct faculty member at the College of Western Idaho. He earned his B.A. in elementary education from Boise State University in 2002 and taught 4th grade for four years. In 2007 he earned his M.A. in counseling and has spent his last 8 years as a middle school and high school counselor. Monty is currently attending the University of Idaho, working towards his Ed.S. in educational leadership.
Monty enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two daughters. He keeps busy coaching soccer, taking his daughters to various activities and camping with his family. Monty is also an avid golfer and spends any additional time on the golf course.
