Bonnie Salewski

Faculty - Adjunct

Bonnie Salewski has been teaching music classes at CWI since 2010, such as Music Appreciation, Music Methods for Elementary Teachers, and Class Voice. Music and teaching are her passion.  Previously, she taught at Northwest Nazarene University.  As a member of the National Assocation of Teachers of Singing, (NATS), Bonnie adjudicates at auditions, and maintains a private voice studio in Boise.

A member of the Opera Idaho Resident COmpany, Bonnie has enjoyed performing in many Opera Idaho productions, most recently in Pagliacci, Carousel and Madama Butterfly. She directed and sang in the MSTI melodies, a women's community choir, and has been a soloist in classical concerts, community and church events.

Bonnie has a Master's degree in Music from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's in Music Education from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri.
