Andrea Foster

Faculty - Adjunct

Andrea has been teaching mathematics at CWI since it opened its doors in 2009. Before that she taught math courses for two years at College of Northern New Mexico. She specializes in online instruction, having taught online graduate level courses for math teachers through Los Angeles County Office of Education and New Mexico State University, where she earned her master’s degree in teaching mathematics. She helped CWI develop its first online course offerings and continues to enjoy the process of improving the experience for students who enroll in her online math courses.

A long-time Boise native, Andrea graduated from Boise High School and Boise State University (B.A., History and Secondary Education). In 2006 she and her husband moved their family back home to Boise, where they enjoy running, riding and hiking in the foothills; being near relatives and the living in the great state of Idaho.
