In a testimonial to the College of Western Idaho’s rapidly expanding programs, about 450 students walked in the community college’s commencement ceremony Saturday at Taco Bell Arena in Boise.
The ceremony featured student speaker Sephora Law, a Treasure Valley native graduating with honors with an associate’s degree in General Business. Law is a noted leader in the local Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and will continue her studies this fall at Northwest Nazarene University.
