Logo Winner Announced for CWI Connections Project 2017

Published: January 27, 2017

College of Western Idaho (CWI) is excited to announce the winner of its logo design contest for the second annual CWI Connections Project event. The Connections Project Committee decided Tom Thompson’s design illustrated the event’s mission while emphasizing learning across disciplines. The logo will be used on all promotional materials for this year’s event, which will be held Thursday, April 27, from 3 to 8 p.m. at the College’s Nampa Campus Academic Building.

CWI students and faculty, as well as community members, are invited to showcase their work and accomplishments (e.g. class projects, music, art, research, and service learning) at the public event. Student submissions are eligible for awards, including a $200 grand prize. Submissions for all categories are currently being accepted.

Submission deadlines vary by category:

CWI Faculty – Feb. 10
Community – Feb. 10
CWI Students – March 24
High School Students – March 24

Details on requirements and how to submit work can be found at cwi.edu/connections-project. Please email connections@cwi.edu with questions.
