College of Western Idaho (CWI) Assistant Professor of Communication, Randy Reese, has written and directed a short horror movie that will be included in the Idaho 48 Hour Film Competition and Festival (h48). The five-minute movie, titled “Birthday Girl”, is centered on a macabre birthday party.
