CWI Culinary Instructor Publishes Article

College of Western Idaho (CWI) Culinary Arts Chef Instructor, Nick Duncan, has been published in the winter 2013 edition of Edible Idaho South, a local magazine that celebrates the food culture of southern Idaho.
