Canyon County’s newest school college continued its rapid growth with another number of students graduating in Saturday’s commencement at Taco Bell Arena in Boise.
Student speaker Adil Siddiqui is representative of the doors CWI has opened for area students that may not have otherwise attended college.
Siddiqui, who worked as a real estate agent, enrolled at CWI when he decided he would no longer let poor academic performance in high school stand in his way. Two years and seven semesters later, he graduated from CWI Saturday with an associate degree in liberal arts and an impressive 3.75 GPA.
