College of Western Idaho (CWI) is happy to announce the College has been approved for recertification to provide federal financial aid to CWI students through 2018. Recertification is a significant milestone and designation, as it officially concludes CWI’s initial provisional certification that was achieved in May 2012. CWI first independently disbursed Title IV financial aid to students in the Summer 2012 semester.
With the recertification process complete CWI agrees to comply with a number of important United States Department of Education regulations, including administering Title IV programs according to all applicable rules and laws.
