Transcripts are part of a student’s permanent record that provides a wide variety of academic information. Transcripts show all the courses and credits in which the student was enrolled at the end of the drop period each semester, the final grade for each course, the courses from which the student was withdrawn, credits attempted and credits earned, courses repeated, grade point average for the semester and cumu­lative grade point average, academic standing, and honors received, etc.
