Personal Academic and Career Enhancement

College of Western Idaho (CWI) offers the Personal Academic and Career Enhancement (PACE) program to provide additional advising and career services for students. This program is especially helpful for the undecided student, the underprepared student, and the student struggling academically.

CWI offers a wide range of free resources to students through the Personal Academic and Career Enhancement (PACE) program. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Career Counseling
  • Academic Goal Setting
  • Referrals to Free Tutoring
  • Free Workshops and Seminars
  • Ongoing Academic Support
  • Additional Advising Services

This program is most beneficial for:

  • Adults who are returning to school after many years away
  • Recent high school graduates that want personalized one-to-one support while in college
  • Students who have not chosen a career path or major
  •  Individuals who may have additional challenges in finding educational success
  • Students who place lower than English 101
  • Students who need to complete academic appeal and financial aid appeals.
