Financial Aid

General Information

This document contains important information about financial aid disbursement dates and refund procedures for the 2015-16 academic year.

Financial Aid Disbursement Schedule

The College of Western Idaho abides by the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrator’s (NASFAA) federal code of conduct.

Students accepting any offer of financial aid from CWI agree to accept and fulfill all of the terms and conditions set by federal, state, and college regulation/policy as described in this document.

This document describes the procedures CWI will use to determine if a financial aid recipient who withdraws (officially or unofficially) or otherwise does not complete the full length of a semester, owes a repayment of financial aid received.

Financial aid applicants at CWI must meet minimum standards of satisfactory academic progress in order to first establish, and then maintain eligibility for financial aid. This document describes CWI's standards in detail.
