The College of Western Idaho (CWI) Information Technology Help Desk provides support for information technology equipment and services. The Help Desk is the first point of contact for prospective students, current students, and faculty and staff requiring assistance from the Department of Information Technology.

If you are experiencing a non-urgent problem or would like to request support at a time when the Help Desk is not operating, you may submit an online request for assistance.

New Requests:

  1. Using an Internet browser, go to the Help Desk Form: 
  2. Add a new request by completing the Help Desk Request form.

  1. Use your student/employee domain account credentials to log on.
  2. Make notes, update status, add documents, and save changes.

Help Desk Hours of Operation:

Monday-Thursday: 8 AM - 9 PM
Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 2 PM
