Career & College Transfer Center

College of Western Idaho (CWI) students have access to career exploration support through the College Career Center, which offers the Personal Academic and Career Enhancement (PACE) program. Through the PACE program we provide comprehensive career development services for students through workshops, seminars, and individual assessment appointments. We can utilize several professional tools to explore career possibilities—the Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator (MBTI®), Career Assessment Inventory (CAI), Career Information Services (CIS), and Career Occupational Preference System (COPS)—as well as self-directed research and ongoing mentorship.

The PACE project is committed to integrate career exploration within the context of every student’s learning experience.

CWI's Career and College Transfer Center (CCTC) is designed to assist current CWI students in identifying and preparing for their next steps. For transfer students, the CCTC offers important information about four year schools in Idaho. For going to work after CWI, the CCTC provides assistance preparing to find work including job search tools, resume builders, and interview practice.
