Financial Aid Students!

Book charging against your Summer Term financial aid award will be available May 29 - June 8 for returning students and first time students. Financial Aid Book charging will be available at the Nampa Campus Academic Building Bookstore and online.

Make sure to bring a copy of your class schedule - this is required when purchasing your books.

Criteria:

  • Financial Aid File must be entirely complete/closed with One Stop Student Services
  • Only able to charge the net amount after Tuition has been paid (taken from award)
  • You must present a photo ID at time of book charging
  • You will need to opt in to the book charging service for financial aid through myCWI

General Merchandise Return Policy (excluding books)

  • Returns are allowed for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If the purchase was made with a check, you may return within the 30 days if proof of check clearing is provided.
  • Items must be returned in same condition and in the original packaging as when it was purchased.

Book Return Policy

If you drop or change a course, books may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be accompanied by your cash register receipt – no exceptions. New books must be in new condition, free of all markings, still in the original shrink wrapped package, and with the original un-opened CD/Disk, if applicable.
  • Any book out of its original shrink wrap packaging is non-refundable.
  • Returns are allowed for one week after the semester start date for books purchased prior to semester start date.
  • For clarification on returns outside of this timeframe, please contact the bookstore.

All returns will be at the CWI Bookstore staff’s discretion; based on Return Policies.

Book Buyback

Book buyback is offered through the CWI Bookstore year round, based on available funds. The CWI Bookstore will buy back your textbooks provided they will be used the following semester. And provided your books are able to be re-sold as a used book.

Around finals week, you will receive a higher return on your book, about half of your purchase price. Any other time during the year, you will receive the wholesale value of the book.
