Exercise and Health Science Club

The College of Western Idaho’s Exercise and Health Science Club is dedicated to promoting health and wellness to all students. Becoming a member means you will have the opportunity to attend conferences and excursions, such as visiting the Northwest ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) Conference in the spring. We have a lot of fun and learn a lot on the way!

Club meetings are the first and third Monday of every month at 5:30pm in room 210 in the multipurpose building. The club is open to ALL majors not just Exercise Science majors. We are planning many other events for the coming year including some fun runs and invite you to be a part of it! If you would like to become a member or get more information about the club send an email to [email protected] and we will get you added to our mailing list.

The College of Western Idaho’s President, Bert Glandon, threw the first pitch of the night with the Street Team pitching free gifts to the crowd throughout the night at the Boise Hawks game against Everett’s Aquasox.  The Hawks provided some early excitement but failed to find their winning form in a 7-2 loss to the Everett Aqua Sox.
