More than 65% of students entering College of Western Idaho are not fully ready to enter college level courses, mostly tied to English and Math. Over the last two years, CWI has reinvented the way college preparation courses are delivered to help address specific concepts through a strong mentoring lab environment. So far, results have shown substantial increases in retention and completion of remedial course work in both English and Math.
